We use heated 100% pure water, direct from our vehicles on-board tanks that’s been through a 5 stage filtration system. A carbon fibre pole, with a soft brush is used to clean your windows, then the pure water is left to dry naturally without leaving any streaks or watermarks.

We always leave a calling slip to let you know we have called. If you could sign up to GoCardless then we can collect payments when your windows have been cleaned. We also acceptd Bank Transfer, Paypal or Cheques. We don’t do collections.

Yes, rainwater is relatively pure and doesn’t effect the cleaning process. We offer an all year round service, especially through winter when your windows are at their worst.

Yes, in the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with any of your window that have been cleaned within 48 hours, we will call back and re-clean for free.

Yes, we have public and employers liability insurance. Documents can be shown on request.

Your windows, sills, frames and doors will be clean, you will notice the difference. If your windows have been cleaned with soapy water and a cloth before or haven’t been cleaned for a while, then you may notice a few spots or watermarks once the water has dried. Don’t worry as this can be normal for a first clean, as the pure water draws any left over soap residue and dirt from the fames and will dry spot free from your second clean onwards.
